Clinical care, unhurried.

You're not a number here. Every certification visit is conducted by a licensed Florida physician who actually reads your history, answers your questions, and helps you understand what cannabis can — and can't — do.

Our intake and Florida-mandated consent are fully electronic and asynchronous, so you spend your appointment time talking to the doctor, not filling out forms.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I qualify for a Florida medical marijuana card?
If you have a Florida-recognized qualifying condition (chronic pain, cancer, PTSD, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson's, Crohn's, ALS, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, a terminal condition, or a comparable condition), and you are a Florida resident with a valid Florida ID, you are likely eligible. The physician will confirm during your visit.
What do I need to bring?
A valid Florida ID or driver's license, a brief medical history of your qualifying condition (records, recent visit notes, imaging, or a list of medications you've tried). If you're renewing or transferring, please bring your active card and most recent script.
Is the visit covered by insurance?
No. Florida law does not allow medical marijuana certification to be billed to insurance. Visits are cash, card, or HSA at the time of service.
How long until I can buy from a dispensary?
After your certification visit, you'll be entered into the state's Medical Marijuana Use Registry the same day. You'll then submit your application for the Florida MMJ ID card to the Office of Medical Marijuana Use. Most patients are approved within 1–3 weeks.
Can I finish the consent form ahead of time?
Yes — that's the whole point. Use the online intake to provide your information and electronically initial the Florida Board of Medicine consent form before you arrive. Your physician will review and co-sign it with you at the visit.
What about the state ID card fee?
The state of Florida charges a separate $75 application fee for the MMJ ID card itself, paid directly to the Office of Medical Marijuana Use. That's separate from our certification visit fee.

Ready when you are.

The intake is short, the visit is shorter, and relief is closer than you think.
